In our paper we develop a formalism for efficiently analyzing third harmonic generation (THG) in nanoparticles and metasurfaces incorporating 2D materials. Subsequently, we apply it to multiresonant graphene-based metasurfaces operating at THz frequencies. See publisher’s link.
